I'm giving this a 3 stars cause even though it's really short and would be more appropriate as a gif than a Newgrounds submission, it is still pretty nicely animated.

Don't take it the wrong way, the three stars comes from the "Out of place" more than the quality.

As far as the animation goes, it isn't that bad, but the question remaining is: Why?
Why would you upload a practice file...

If you want people's opinion, you can always upload it in your project section and link people to it for opinions about your practice animations.
